Edward Ivie, the founder of Ivie Risk Solutions, brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to the world of commercial insurance risk management. With over a decade of experience working directly with insurance underwriters like Capital Insurance Group, and conducting detailed loss control reports for major carriers including Mercury Insurance, Farmers, and California Fair Plan, Edward has developed a deep understanding of the intricate standards and requirements that determine policy coverage and renewals.

His career began with a third-party inspection company, where he gained experience surveying a wide variety of loss control reports from different carriers. He was later sought out by a major insurance carrier to join their Loss Control Assessment team, where he acquired firsthand knowledge of how poorly maintained properties often lead to insurance challenges, such as claim denials and policy non-renewals. Witnessing how these issues left property owners vulnerable, Edward made it his mission to help clients avoid these pitfalls.
